MISSION STATEMENT/PHILOSOPHY
We change lives by developing professional, technical, and life value skills meeting the demands of industry worldwide.

Philosophy- The primary purpose of the Hallmark College is to serve students, business, industry, and the community. The dedication of staff and faculty to professional excellence in technical education affords the individual student the opportunity to attain a high level of skill competency while developing the whole person, emphasizing ethics, social responsibility, and the value of work to lay the foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Our goal: "To take a person with little or no previous experience and train him or her in as short a period of time as possible for a good paying, rewarding career in the field of his/her choice." The ultimate goal of enhancing the business community worldwide with Hallmark graduates is a high ideal - a worthy goal which is the basis of Hallmark`s philosophy.

Competency Based Education (CBE): Programs and courses provided by The Hallmark Institutes are Competency Based Education (CBE). Field trips, guest speakers, school activities, etc. are incorporated into the scheduled hours without deletion of required course material or student projects. For the same objective of student competency, each required project or exam must be separately passed. In other words, an unmet competency in one area is not brought up to a passing average by other grades.
