The Anthem Institute's training history is one of excellence. For 30 years, it has provided comprehensive, high-quality training programs for those interested in starting or advancing their career.
In 1970, one of the largest insurance organizations in the world needed qualified people to run its multimillion dollar computer center. Not able to find skilled employees, it created its own training center. This proved so successful that companies like IBM, Johnson & Johnson and UPS soon asked The Chubb Institute to provide them with computer professionals. And so The Chubb Institute was born.
In 2004, The Chubb Institute was acquired by High-Tech Institute (HTI), which added The Chubb Institute's eight locations to its list of 17 HTI campuses throughout the United States. Focused on a hands-on approach to learning, High-Tech Institute teaches practical, job-relevant employment skills that qualify students for medical and technical jobs in strong demand. Together, High-Tech Institute and The Chubb Institute have over 65 years of experience training students for jobs in Health Care and Technology.
